April 2023

April has come to an end and we are officially one-third of the way through 2023 (what a scary thought)! So, here is what we loved this month:

Book:

C: Last Violent Call by Chloe Gong 

M: The Truth Will Out by Rosemary Hennigan

TV Show:

C: The only thing I’ve been watching recently is live motorsport. I think this month my favourite has been the Formula E races.

M: The Night Agent is by far the best thing I’ve watched in a long time. I have also started watching 911 which I am quickly becoming addicted to. 

Film:

M: Luther: The Fallen Sun

Music/Podcast/Audiobook:

C: Rosalía Radio

M: labour by Paris Paloma. I have had this on repeat recently.

Highlight of the Month:

M: A group of us from work have started regularly going to a local pub quiz which has been really fun. We’ve now come 2nd twice and are determined to win the jackpot next time.
