July Round-Up

July has come to an end and it has felt like both an eternity and just a blip in the year. We have weathered heat waves and muggy nights and experienced more of the bookish community. So here are our favourites:

Book: 

C: Been Here All Along by Sandy Hall

Tv Show/Film

C: I genuinely haven’t watched anything this month other than live motorsports. Recently I’ve been quite enjoying the Indycar races.

M: Probably a bit late to the party but I have been bingeing Lucifer and loving every second of it!

Music:

C: Spotify recommended Easy Summer to me and I found it great to listen to on hot days.

M: I was suggested a podcast by a friend at work called 30 Morbid Minutes which I have been really enjoying.

Highlight:

Finally got to go to YALC, part of London Film and Comic Con specifically for YA books. It was so much fun and I met so many wonderful bookworms. Probably bought too many books but still managed to tote them all the way home.
