Confessions: The Paris Mysteries ~ James Patterson and Maxine Paetro

I finally got around to reading the next instalment in the Confession series. The way book two ended with such a cliffhanger I’m surprised it has taken me so long to read the third one and it did not disappoint. This series is quickly becoming a guilty pleasure and the third book has definitely got me out of yet another reading slump.

We follow the Angel family who are now living in Paris in their late grandmother’s house. A house full of secrets just waiting to be uncovered. After their arrival, they are informed by their Uncle that the only way to secure the hefty inheritance left for them is to stay out of trouble. Something that the Angel family are often followed by.

I love how throughout this book the characters we have grown to love are developed even further. I was rooting for each of them from start to finish. We have learnt so much more from this instalment of the series and I cannot wait to read the final book. I gave Confessions: The Paris Mysteries a 4.25 ⭐️ rating.
