WHAT

Only convicted for being an accomplice in 2 murders. But it is believed that she poisoned between 50-150 people.

HOW 

By selling ‘magic water’ and ‘love potions’ that contained arsenic to women of abusive husbands.

WHY

To rid the world of abusive men.

NOW

Originally acquitted in 1914 and re-arrested in 1928, aged 90. Sentenced to 15 years in prison but was released after only 8 due to old aged. She died 2 years later aged 100.
